We strive to meet the needs of the busy professional and every effort is made to be prompt for each of our patients. Each appointment made is reserving our doctor or hygienists' time, just for you. With that in mind, it is imperative that our office is notified no less than 24-48 business hours, prior to the appointment, should there be any changes to the scheduled time with us. With less notice than this, we may not be able to fill the appointment time, and patients who have been waiting for appointments cannot make themselves available on such short notice.
Reservations changed within 24-business-hours of appointment would be subject to assessed fees up to $65/reservation. To avoid this fee, please call the office at least 1+ days prior to upcoming visit and speak to a Team Member to change reservation commitments. Although it is our intention to avoid said fee, we would like for all of our current and future patients to be aware of this policy. We ask for your cooperation in this matter to help all of our patients achieve the finest and timely care we can provide.

Our business hours are Monday – Thursday between 8AM - 5PM and some Friday’s between 8AM – 1PM. As always, we are available for those patients of record that have After-Hours’ emergency dental concerns. You may call the office to obtain the doctor’s contact information. Please contact your doctor directly if she is available on the recording. If not, the Doctor-On-Call will provide their number and return a call or text to you within 24 hours.

…..Just in case you must – You can provide sensitive and secure information via our two-way texting. This application routinely handles the automated confirmation system for our practice although you are welcome to provide information to us via the same avenue! We will always let you know once we’ve noticed/received your incoming text or image. Please Know- if we don’t respond, send us a “friendly reminder text” to the same number in attempts to draw our attention once again. Sometimes when too many automated texts are going out, incoming texts will get lost in that shuffle of outgoing texts. We will always respond to you once we have seen your incoming text!
